Different types of snow blower Follow

There are, generally speaking, two different types of snow blower.

•  Single-stage snow blowers - usually propelled forward by the front auger, and mainly suitable for small domestic premises.

•  Dual stage snow blowers (also known as two-stage snow blowers) - usually self-propelled, nearly always petrol powered and capable of removing both ice and snow from larger premises.

Also available are ride-ons with snow blower attachments  - front-fixing accessories that can be fitted to two-wheel tractors, ride-on mowers and other vehicles.  These can be either single-stage or dual-stage blowers.
