I've received my goods and they have been damaged in transit Follow

That is unfortunate, but occasionally it happens. We can exchange the goods for a new one, replace the part that is damaged if applicable, offer a store credit as a gesture if the damage is cosmetic. However, if you really have decided you don't want it after all, we can offer you a refund.*

As stated in our terms & conditions, if the goods are damaged or faulty on delivery, we will pay for return delivery costs. This also applies to an item that develops a fault up to 6 months from purchase. After 6 months customer will liable for return costs as warranty does not cover carriage charges.
