I ordered more than one item but haven't received my complete order Follow

Don't worry. The likelihood is that your missing item is just arriving on a different shipment.

Different suppliers and warehouses are at different locations and we use different couriers with varying schedules so the chances are it will be along soon. 

Check your dispatch e-mail and see if the delivery information you need is on there.

You can also go to our main site and see if you have booked items whose delivery windows do not match each other.
