Technical Help - three things to try before you call Follow

If you have a problem, we are here to help. It's what we do. However, there are a number of things you can try before picking up the phone or sending an e-mail. This can save you time and money and ensure we give the best, personal, service to all of our customers.

1. Have a really good look through your manual. Chances are the answer is in there. There will often be checklists of procedures for you to go through.  

2. Use this knowledge base. There is a great deal of expert information and advice in this base. this has been gathered from our trained and experienced personnel and also from you, from your FAQs and requests. Use the search facility to see if your problem or issue has been tackled in one of our articles.

3. Try an internet search. We all need to do this sometimes and, again, it may well be quicker than making a phone call. 

 But, if all else fails, we are waiting to help you try e-mailing us on

    Hi Mow Direct .Last year I believe I purchased a Cobra BV26C petrol blower/Vac from you website. Unfortunately I have a defect with the on/off switch on this machine. Do you have any record of my purchase if so could you copy to me an invoice as I do not have the original.
    Any help would be appreciated.
