That is not a problem. We allow an industry leading period of 45 days for you to make up or even change you mind. In fact we have always given you more time, offering 14 days even when the legal requirement was only 7. That is because we want you to be happy with your purchase and for any problems to be sorted out with as little hassle as possible. 

This means you can cancel at any time within 45 days, for any reason.

However, there are some conditions.

A. You must pay for, and arrange, return delivery, in the original packaging, unless the item was damaged, defective or delivered in error (in which case we will cover this cost.) If packaging is not the original, we ask you to pay those costs.

B. If your product has been used during the 45 days and then returned, any refund you receive will be dependent on the condition of the returned item  and a reduction may be made for wear or damage, cosmetic or functional.

All refunds will be processed ASAP, no later than 30 days after order cancellation.
